  1. Her Brother is captain of the lacroose team of Dalton, an Upper West Side School.
  2. She first appears in S02E04 when Blair chooses victims and projects for the new year.
  3. She sits a step below the others on the steps of the Met at lunch on S02E04
  4. In S02E07 she is punished from the group and exspecially Blair, because her tights are not pants.

Dorotas Opinion: Poor little girl. I think. Heaving over for the sleeopver would be nice if she gets there. Blair ist so unpredictable this time since she came back from Europe without Chuck. Hope, this girls will distract her again.

HAZEL Williams

  1. She is BFF with Penelope Shafai.
  2. She graduates from the Constance Billard School for Girls in 2009.
  3. She had a boyfriend younger than her who plays the saxophon and two different sport positions, according to the webisodes about their time during springbreakt, published by the CW during summer 08.
  4. In “02E16 she talks about her “first time” not beeing as she wished.
  5. She is quite rich and her mother owns a Valentino dress made specially for her the year he did Jacky Kennedys lace mini (S01E14).
  6. She misses first week of senior year an doesn’t appear in the beginning of season 2 until episode 5, and as wl misses school in the week of the Episode S02E07.
  7. She desperatly seeks a new boyfriend in S02E10 and remarks “even moms have boyfriends an I don’t”, while biting into a strawberry, and even thinks, the caiterwaiter couldt be cute.
  8. In S02E12 she finally has a boyfriend that works at the light of the snowflake ball.
  9. In S02E17 Hazel can’t stop her fingers from moving over a invisibel cell phone after Ms Carr took away hers.
  10. She allways hangs with the Mean Girls but doesn’t seem interesting in anything.

  1. She is the same age as Jenny.
  2. She leaves Constance in summer 2008, we don’t know why or  where she goes to. g2008.
  3. Seams to be a little less mean than the Mean Girls, because when Jenny asks her in S01E 15  what was the one thing that none of the girls had, not even Blair, she answers: Compassion.

Dorotas Opinion: Such a cute girl. How sad I nearly never got to see her. But Blair can’t take care of ervery little girl at her school. *shrug*

What do we know about Carter Baizen?

  1. He inventetd the “After-Ivy-Week”-Weekend (according to Chuck in S01E4).
  2. He disowned his parents and run away all over the world. Gossip Girl had an own Carter-Baizen-Map on “Spotted” (according to Kati in S01E10).
  3. He knows to play as well basket ball as poker (S01E04).
  4. He had a thing for Serena once and was hurt when she left him on a boat in Santorini (Carter to Serena in S01E14) one summer.
  5. In Santorini something happended something he can be blackmailed with as Serena does in S02E19.
  6. He finds Serenas father for a reason we don’t know and tells Serena about this in S02E25. It seems to be related to the thing in Santorini.
  7. He has an affair with Blair in her wild phase during S0218 and 19.
  8. He is member of a secret society wearing signs on their wrinkles and having parties with masked women (S02E18). Bart Bass, Chucks Father, was also a member of this society.

Dorotas Opinion: I am happy for Miss Blair that finally something hot happens in here, but what I hear from my maiden friends, I do worry for their relationship. I’ll keep an eye on Master Baizen, which he won’t recognize, so I can provide anything bad he plans.

  2. Her first name is greek and the name of Ulysses’ long alone wife
  3. Her last name is hebrew and means “horns”
  4. She summerschools at the Sorbonne (according to S01E15).
  5. She graduates from the Constance Billard School for Girls in 2009.
  6. She has a “historical crush on Nate since the 20th century” (Elise in S01E14).
  7. In “02E16 she talks about her “first time” not beeing as she wished.
  8. In ninth grade, a Danish exchange student made out with her junior prom date, and she poured chemical hairdissolver (called “Nairtini”) on the exchange student’s head, according to Chuck in “02E04.
  9. She has an affair with the partner of her father (according to Nelly in S02E14 and Gossip Girl in S02E25).
  10. She seems to lead the Mean Girls when Blair is not available. In S01E13 she tells Blair that she isn’t queen bee anymore. In S02E14 she leads the girls in harassing Nelly. In S02E25 she is about to crown new queen Emma.

Dorotas Opinion: Penelope doesn’t matter. If not even easy Nate notices her, why should Dorota.

The Mean Girls

Nothing about this show is realistic. But sometimes we forget that: When Blair is cying about Chuck not saying back the three words, Chuck exploding at his father’s funeral … there are moments that are dramatic and tell us: This is important.

On the other side, there are comic elements in this series, too. Kati and Iz showing up every time in matching outfits reminds us: This is a show. There is a clothing departemenet behind this, with big wardrobes of all stuff you could wear.

Nevertheless, those mean girls is something each of us knows. We don’t have limos with bars in it, we don’t spend ten thousands of Dollars for cloth or flowers, and we have no private planes.

But mean girls in our enviroment we do have. So perhaps that’s important to show them as comic elements, and the unrealistic stuff, we wish, let’s admit it, to dream about, seriosly. Do you agree?

(PS: Serena’s characterization of them in S02E05: “These girls are like hummingbirds. They move from flower to flower. The’ll be on to someone else next week, and than back to you (Blair). It’s not a big deal.” So this is Serena’s opinion.)

Questions left from the second season finale

  1. Where do the mean girls go? What will happen to them? If we’ll never see them again, will there be a good bye?
  2. Is it just coincidence that the only nice thing Gossip Girl has to say is about Dan and that Nelly Yuki is in love with him?
  3. How can Dorota work for Blair if she joins a room with Georgina at a NYU Dorm? Will it be a triple bedroom?
  4. What happend to Wes, Jenny’s Loveinterest?
  5. When will we meet Aunt Carol?
  6. How could Emma, the new girl at Constance, forget Blair, the one she’d wish to have Dinner with as she said to her godfather, Dean Berube? And how will she and Jenny work out?
  7. What will happen to the three mini-gossip-girls? Will they join Constance? When will we meet them again?

    Dorota’s Opinion: I’ll go whereever Blair goes. Four Eyes see more than two. I have no problem with living with Georgina. She will have problem with living with Dorota.
